The 8(a) Authority

Not a Minority?

If you believe that only qualified minorities can be 8(a) certified, you may be mistaken. While it is true that certain minority groups, including:

  • Black Americans
  • Hispanic Americans
  • Asian Pacific Americans
  • Subcontinent Asian Americans
  • Native Americans

may have an easier time being 8(a) certified, since they are not required to produce the “notorious Social Disadvantage Narrative”, the truth is that anyone, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity or any other characteristic demographic can be certified, if they can produce this narrative. I regularly produce these narratives on behalf of otherwise qualified 8(a) applicants, If I believe that they have a bona-fide case of having been subjected to bias or prejudice, based solely on their distinguishing feature, such as being a Caucasian woman or Service Disabled or even of a nationality that is unfortunately subjected to unfair bias in this country, such as Russians, and Muslims, just to cite a few, I will prepare your narrative and guarantee the results, or your money back.
